A preview of the estimated delivery lead time is available on each product page. Once you proceed to checkout and enter your postcode, you will see how your delivery will be fulfilled, which could be in more than one shipment, along with respective lead times and delivery charges.

Processing time: 

100% of orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping time: 

Delivery can take up to 3-5 working days depending on the item, delivery location and the availability of delivery slots at the time of the order.

Order Tracking:

Delivery Costs: 

Delivery costs for orders fulfilled by Bricks UK are displayed on the delivery page at checkout. We show the delivery cost when you place your order.

Free Delivery

Orders for free delivery when you spend more than £500* online. For order price below £500* we charge £9.50

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Our Carriers
We use Royal Mail, DHL and UX for deliveries.

You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
