Refund and Returns Policy

Return and Refund Policy

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to United Kingdom.

If you wish to return an item and want a refund, please notify us within 14 days after delivery via email to sales@brickscompanyuk.com If you have found a defective product, then please send us a picture of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We will bear the total cost of the case. We will send you a new item at no additional cost, and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the entire order amount on the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

  • RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@brickscompanyuk.com or call us at +44 20 3287 5880. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how to send your product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 2 working days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Never Arrived:

If the delivery period has passed and you have not received the product, please let us know by email at sales@brickscompanyuk.com There may be several reasons for this (lost by mail etc.). We will refund the total order amount. we incurred at the purchase time from the card you used while purchasing.

 

  • EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at sales@brickscompanyuk.com or call us at +44 20 3287 5880.

 

  • REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@brickscompanyuk.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
